This new-build family home was built on an empty site in the Conservation Area in Parbold, West Lancashire.

The house includes a mix of red brick and smooth sandstone that are commonly found in the area. The expansive glazing gives views to the large rear garden and provides light-filled internal spaces. Pye Design gained full planning approval and also provided technical design and on-site support.
