Set within an existing woodland, the proposed nursery blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings, offering a serene environment for young children to learn and play.

The nursery will use sustainable materials, featuring charred wood exteriors and birch plywood interiors. Each classroom ‘pod’ includes a large skylight to allow natural light to flood the spaces and corner glazing provides the children with views to the surrounding trees and wildlife. The unique setting offers the opportunity to connect with nature through activities like gardening, nature walks, and outdoor storytelling sessions.
