A new sports complex for the University Collegiate School in Bolton, including a full-size flood-lit 4G playing pitch alongside a 2-storey changing and teaching block.

The scheme was designed to provide high school and college students with state-of-the-art facilities for physical education and extracurricular activities. The design incorporates a combination of dark brick and zinc cladding, which integrates seamlessly with the existing campus architecture. The project received full planning approval, with a main contractor being appointed to undertake the works.
